Your opportunity
In the role of Senior Project Officer, Industry Partnerships, you will provide support for delivering the Sovereign Industry Development Fund (SIDF) and manage enquiries from businesses in relation to the SIDF, including ongoing support for those businesses in accessing a range of programs from across government. You will also have an active role in program data management for the team.

Your responsibilities
• Provide coordination and support to the Industry Partnerships team across a range of activities ie: client database management, financial reporting in Excel.
• Prioritise tasks efficiently to deliver requirements in a timely manner
• Manage project spreadsheets and provision of timely reporting
• Experience in IT systems including MS Office applications, record management and data entry and analytics
• Undertake reporting, analysis and monitoring of enquiries and projects
• Prepare timely and well-researched briefings, reports, submissions and correspondence
• Engage with clients in relation to projects
• Utilise your interpersonal skills to build relationships within the department and across stakeholder networks, while contributing to a positive team culture.
