Your opportunity:
As a Project Support Officer within the Biomedical Sector team, you will provide support to the team to deliver initiatives designed to support the growth of Queensland's Biomedical industry sector. This is your chance to be part of a team that supports new industry development, attracts new investors to Queensland, works with existing businesses to further enhance Queensland's biomedical ecosystem, supports Queensland's presence at major biomedical events and contributes to the economic prosperity of the state.

Your responsibilities:
• Provide project support to the team to assist with meeting timeframes and provide a high level of client service.
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of biomedical industry development initiatives, projects, engagement and events.
• Develop and maintain administrative systems to effectively manage the team's workload.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting using implemented tools and processes.
• Collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders, gathering updates and information to maintain project records and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Prioritise tasks efficiently to deliver requirements in a timely manner.
• Experience in IT systems including MS Office applications, record management and data entry and analytics.
• Prepare timely and accurate briefings, reports, submissions and correspondence.
• Conduct research, analysis and interpretation of issues as required.
• Utilise your interpersonal skills to build relationships within the department and across stakeholder networks, while contributing to a positive team culture.
