Pool Technician – No Pool Experience Needed

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Super + Work Vehicle + Phone + Full Training

We’re on the hunt for someone hands-on, practical, and motivated — experience in pool care is great, but not essential. We’ll train you in everything you need to know. If you’re reliable, physically capable, and enjoy solving problems, this could be a great career move.

What You’ll Do

Routine pool cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing

Diagnosing and repairing equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators, heaters)

Be Trainined to install and setup of new pool systems and accessories

Client communication and advice

Logging work via our app

What You’ll Bring

A valid driver’s licence (manual or auto)

Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Clear and friendly communication skills

Background in trades, tech, mechanical or service roles (a bonus but not essentail)

Willingness to learn, grow and take initiative

What We Offer

$65,000–$75,000 base salary + Super + (based on experience)
