What We’re Looking For

You don’t need prior experience in restoration — we’ll provide all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude and reliability. If you’re hands-on, motivated, and keen to learn, we want to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:

Strong time management and work ethic

A professional, polite approach when dealing with clients and team members

Clear written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work both independently and in a team

Flexibility to work overtime (weekdays and weekends) and be part of an on-call roster

A valid full driver’s licence

White and blue construction cards

Bonus points if you have:

Experience as a carpenter, handyman, or maintenance technician

Prior experience in the restoration or cleaning industries

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same! You’ll be working across a variety of restoration and cleaning services, including:

Mould, flood, and fire damage restoration

Methamphetamine and biohazard remediation

Forensic and trauma cleaning

Sharps and graffiti removal

High-pressure and general cleaning

Rubbish and debris removal
