About the Roles

We’re looking for motivated and qualified HVAC Technicians to join our team in both Service Technician and Installation Technician positions.

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and maintain HVAC systems across commercial and residential sites
• Carry out preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs
• Work with clients and site managers to ensure optimal performance
• Deliver high standards of safety, communication, and workmanship

HVAC Installation Technician Responsibilities

• Install ducted, VRF/VRV, split, and ventilation systems
• Read plans, coordinate with other trades, and deliver top-quality installations
• Assist with commissioning and testing of systems
• Take pride in quality finishes and attention to detail

What You’ll Bring

• Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
• QLD Restricted Electrical Licence (preferred)
• Manual Driver’s Licence
• White Card
• Experience in commercial HVAC (service or install)
• A positive attitude and pride in your work
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
