We are looking for a full-time Swimming Pool and Spa Service Technician, but being a Pool Technician with Poolwerx is more than just a job. As a Swimming Pool and Spa Service Technician, here’s what you’ll achieve:

You’ll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners by delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools

You’ll market our industry-leading Poolwerx supplies to your clients, as well as organise and list any stock stored in your ute

You’ll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients while you work independently

With ongoing training, you'll install all pool equipment; including pumps, filters, chlorinators, pool cleaners and heat pumps

You'll capture service notes, photos and activities in our App and prepare customer-centric reports

You'll engage and educate our customers on-site

You'll be comfortable handling/lifting heavy items such as salt and chemicals (must be able to lift 25kg). WHS standards are paramount

What You’ll Bring

You’ll need a current driver's licence (work car provided)

Experience

You’ll love working autonomously and take pride in managing your client base

You'll have good written and verbal communication skills

You'll have a positive can-do attitude and enjoy problem-solving

You'll be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors

Although we’d love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. What’s most important is that you’re self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet, and aligned with our values.
