About the role

Sirius Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Queensland. This is a full-time position responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our customers.

What you'll be doing

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems

Repair or replace faulty components in HVAC systems

Install new HVAC systems according to specifications

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work performed

Comply with all relevant safety regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualification in HVAC or refrigeration

Minimum 3 years' experience as an HVAC Technician

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical diagrams and manuals

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
