Very flexible part time role
Duties consists of back end administration tasks, quoting, invoicing, bank reconciliation
Answering phones from incoming client inquiries and responding to email contacts
Successful applicant can’t work remotely or from Mornington office space or both. Looking for around 20-25 hours generally between 9.30/2.30pm daily
Flexible around other commitments and appointments
Must have some experience, be organised, understand the importance of initial client contact to a service business
All office needs, phone, accessories etc to be supplied
