As we continue to grow, we're looking for a confident and personable Receptionist to be the face of our venue.

The Role

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a positive and respectful experience. You’ll be responsible for front desk duties including:

Greeting and welcoming clients an visitors to our establishment

Handling bookings and enquiries (in person, phone, and online)

Managing entry and payments discreetly and efficiently

Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Supporting staff coordination and shift changes

Ensuring front-of-house areas are clean and welcoming

What We Are Looking For

Previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience

Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in an adult industry environment

High level of discretion and professionalism

Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Basic computer and POS system knowledge

Availability for evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts

Candidates must have Australian work rights.
