Our Clinic and Team

We strive to offer a full range of services from acute injuries to end stage rehabilitation and sports performance, not to mention other programs to manage other musculoskeletal and chronic conditions such as Osteoporosis, OA, Pregnancy and Post natal complaints and much more.

We are involved with many sporting clubs, gyms, medical centres and community groups, we love our community, and we are sure you will too.

Our Clients

Our client base comprises of a generalised Musculoskeletal caseload, and is as diverse as you can imagine, from elite athletes to general population of sports and spinal injuries and chronic conditions. The majority of our client base is privately funded, but also a smaller proportion of TAC/WC/NDIS and Medicare funded clients.

The Role

Due to ongoing growth, we are now on the look out for a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our thriving clinic on part-time basis (approximately 15 hrs per week). Occasional work on some evenings and Saturday mornings will be required as part of this role, with the opportunity for additional hours in the future.

This role will see you providing stellar support and a great front-of-house experience for all of our clients.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism and managing front desk operations.

Scheduling appointments and managing bookings for our 10 clinicians using our Nookal booking system.

Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.

Supporting our amazing team of physiotherapists with administrative tasks.​

About You

You will have a fun, welcoming and friendly personality with the ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times. Additionally, you will have/be:

Experience in an administrative or receptionist role.

Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and collaboratively.

An aptitude for multi-tasking with an adaptable approach to work.

Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office.

A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.​
