Your Role:

As the first point of contact, you'll create a welcoming atmosphere while handling various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to our office/factory.

- Efficiently answering and directing incoming phone calls.

- Scheduling and managing the bookings calendar.

- Keeping the reception area tidy and organized.

- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions.

- Inputting invoices and statements.

-Liaising with insurance companies and claim handlers .

-Basic book keeping

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or within a similar role .

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software.

- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team.

- Must have Australian work rights.
