We're seeking a strategic, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our Brisbane-based team, drive performance across our national network, and actively contribute to the growth and success of the business. What You’ll Be Driving

State Operations Leadership: Oversee daily transport operations across key corridors Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and remote destinations.

Contractor & Fleet Management: Lead a fleet of company trucks and subcontractors. You’ll bring your own contractor network or know how to build one.

Compliance & Safety: Champion fatigue management, OH&S, Chain of Responsibility, and regulatory compliance with confidence.

Client Engagement & Pricing: Respond to complex quote requests, price specialised freight movements, and build enduring client relationships.

Team Culture: Lead from the front—support, mentor, and collaborate with your Brisbane team and interstate colleagues to drive results

Bring extensive experience in open trailer and oversized transport across national and remote routes.

Operate confidently in the day to-day hands-on with fleet movements, contractor coordination, and operational troubleshooting.

Have a deep understanding of compliance, fatigue, chain or responsibility and safety frameworks, and apply them practically in daily operations.

Bring with you and know how to recruit, remunerate, and retain high performing subcontractors, and maintain strong working relationships.

Are commercially sharp comfortable with pricing, quoting, and margin management in a fast-paced environment.
