About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day operations and team performance
• Driving customer satisfaction and business development
• Overseeing financial performance, supply chain, and safety compliance
• Sales and Business Development
• Leading process improvement and IT enablement
• Building a high-performing, values-driven culture
• This role starts with shadowing the Managing Director and gradually builds your capability across all key areas of responsibility, including brand reputation, customer management, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Requirements to be Successful in this role you must:

• Proven experience in operations, team leadership, or business management
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers, suppliers, and staff
• Financial expertise and ability to interpret reports and manage budgets
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Live in or be willing to relocate to Rockhampton, within a 15-minute driving radius
• Hold a current Drivers Licence
• Experience in industrial services or a similar field is highly regarded, but not essential. What matters most is your drive, leadership potential, and alignment with company values.
