As a JJ’s Operations Manager, you will play an integral leadership role within our team of collection drivers in the Cairns depot.

ABOUT YOU

Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration

HR license, with driving experience advantageous

Proven experience in transport, logistics or service industry

Proven leadership experience, you are a people leader by nature, and enjoy interacting with your team

Be dedicated to achieving high standards of safety compliance and customer service

KPI focused delivering efficient operations with the ability to perform under pressure

Be dedicated and reliable; we are an essential services industry

Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical
