About the client:

The Good Crowd has partnered with one of Melbourne’s most respected and successful commercial real estate agencies, a firm renowned for its strong market presence, deep local expertise, and long-standing relationships across the property sector.

Due to continued organic growth, we’re seeking an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to support the management of a diverse portfolio of mixed-use assets, including office, retail, and industrial properties across Melbourne.

You’ll work closely with an Associate Director who will mentor and guide your professional development, helping you build the skills and confidence needed to progress your career within the business.

This role is based at the company’s head office in Hawthorn East.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaise with tenants, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure properties are well-maintained
• Assist in the day-to-day management of the portfolio
• Assist with lease administration, rent reviews and documentation
• Conduct site inspections when required
• Provide exceptional customer service to the valued clients and tenants
• Ensuring compliance with all reporting, safety and maintenance requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Ideally you have 1 year of experience in residential or commercial property management or a similar role or you are a graduate looking for your first role in Commercial Real Estate
• Bachelor’s degree in Property, Valuations or Economics (preferred)
• Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential)
• Must have access to a car and a clean driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
