your role
You will bring your experience to the forefront and hit the ground running in maintaining tenant relationships, lease administration, to financial performance for a large CBD specialist agency.

• High-performing portfolio of retail/office assets
• Portfolio of circa 120 - 140, with potential to grow over time
• Salary circa. $100K - $115K + Super
• End-to-end commercial property management experience a must
• Preparing lease and disclosure documentation, reports, and inspections
• Lease renewals, rent reviews, and option notices
