Your duties will include but not limited to:

Management of a commercial portfolio

Identifying opportunities to add value to the portfolio

Liaising with Landlords and Prospective Tenants

Re-Leasing the existing portfolio

Regular training and ongoing professional development

The ideal candidate will have:

Professional presentation

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

A commitment to continuous improvement and learning

Completed their Agents Representative certificate

Strong negotiation, organisation and time management skills

A commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service

Reliable car and driver’s license

Ideally located within a 20min drive from the office.

Skills & Experience

Successful Commercial Property Manager's come from a variety of different backgrounds. While you don't need any previous experience in real estate you do need a record of success in dealing with people, demonstrated achievement and perseverance in past endeavours, a strong attention to detail and great communication skills.
