Our client is one of Australia's largest developers specialising in high end buildings across the country with over 80,000 apartments designed, developed and built over the years.
Due to growth, our client is on the lookout for Building Managers or Ex Property Managers to join their team and take on the management of their buildings.
If you are a current Residential Property Manager who is seeking a step up or a current Building Manager who is wanting to transfer their skills into a well-known company- this may be for you!

The Position
In the role of a Building Manager your responsibilities will include.
- As the Building Manager you will be responsible for the everyday management of a residential site, while also being the main go-to support for tenants and owners.
 - You will be supported by a vibrant and experienced management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated administration team to keep things running.
 - Advertising and leasing our modern, stylish apartments.
 - Organising inspections and maintenance
 - Facilities management and supervision of contractors to ensure a high standard of work and accountability
 - Acting as the first point of contact for all tenants/owners, offering a quality service, and resolution of issues in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner.
 
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Building Manager will have/be:
- At least 2 years' experience in a Property/Building Manager role leasing residential apartments.
 - You must hold a Class 2 Real Estate Agent's Licence.
 - A passion for real estate and leasing
 - Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence
 - A proactive work attitude and a strong customer service focus
 - Be flexible to travel around to sights
 - Willingness to travel between multiple sites as needed
