Mandarin-Speaking Senior Property Manager
Located in beautifully appointed offices on the Upper North Shore, this role offers a rare chance to excel in a premium property management environment.

What You’ll Do:
• Take charge of a portfolio of approximately 200 properties, supported by a dedicated assistant.
• Focus solely on Upper North Shore properties, deepening your local expertise.
• Skip ingoing inspections and focus on relationship-building and portfolio growth.
• Lead rental reviews, lease renewals, and client communications.
• Manage complex arrears, rental bond disputes, and prepare for tribunal appearances when needed.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent bilingual communication skills.
• Experienced Senior Property Manager with a track record of success.
• Holds a valid Property Management License or Certificate of Registration (COR).
• Exceptional customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills.
