Our Upper North Shore offices are experiencing strong growth, and we are now seeking an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to join our award-winning Property Management team.

This is not a junior position — we’re looking for a mature, self-motivated professional who can deliver results from day one.

The Opportunity

You’ll be responsible for driving new property management growth across the Upper North Shore by:

• Generating new landlord leads through multiple channels

• Converting leads into signed managements through value-based selling

• Collaborating with the sales team to capture referral opportunities

• Maintaining exceptional relationships with landlords and investors

• Promoting the McConnell Bourn brand through professional service and local engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Business Development or Property Management growth

• A strong track record in rent-roll expansion and KPI achievement

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

• Sound understanding of NSW tenancy legislation and compliance standards

• Familiarity with Property Me or Property Tree (preferred)

• Professional presentation and a proactive, team-focused attitude

Salary & Benefits

💼 $100,000 – $120,000 per annum (incl. super) + attractive commission
