The Role:
This is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join an elite division. We are looking for someone with exceptional client care and customer service to join a high-profile department and manage a streamlined portfolio. Working alongside your own Junior Property Manager & Leasing Consultant Monday to Friday, your duties will include but not limited to:

• Managing 160 properties all based locally to the Inner West
• Engaging in communication with both owners and tenants, including on-site meetings when necessary
• Facilitating lease renewal negotiations
• Managing rental arrears
• Issuing notices to tenants
• Attending tribunal proceedings
• Delivering outstanding customer service

The Candidate:

• At least 3 years experience working as a Senior Property Manager
• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
