About the Role

• Manage a well-maintained Inner City portfolio of 190 properties
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and maintenance coordination
• Conduct inspections and ensure full legislative compliance
• Communicate proactively with landlords and tenants
• Resolve issues efficiently with strong support from admin, accounts, and junior staff

About You

• A current Real Estate License, reliable car + valid driver’s license
• Previous experience as a Property Manager
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Professional, client-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
