About the Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator strengthens MTHC’s digital presence and brand identity. You will help ensure our website, social channels, and email communications are current, engaging, and accessible. Working closely with the Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist, you’ll coordinate content updates, support campaigns, maintain data accuracy, and monitor analytics to track impact.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Bringing MTHC’s digital presence to life by ensuring our website and online platforms reflect who we are — current, accessible, and engaging.
Keeping our digital content fresh and relevant through regular updates to website copy, images, and news across all MTHC channels.
Creating and coordinating engaging social media content that builds connection and trust with our community of patients, students, and partners.
Analysing website and social media performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement — helping us grow our reach and impact.
Supporting digital campaign planning and execution, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across channels.
Building productive relationships with internal teams and external vendors to keep our digital platforms running smoothly.
About You
You will be a creative, detail-oriented communicator who makes information clear, visually appealing, and impactful. You will understand digital best practice and have experience with platforms like WordPress, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite.
You’ll bring:
A Tertiary qualification in marketing/communications/UX-web design (or related).
Significant experience managing digital content across websites and social media.
Strong proficiency with CMS, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
A collaborative, responsive approach to stakeholder engagement.
(Desirable) Demonstrated experience in private health insurance or healthcare marketing, translating complex service info into engaging, compliant communications.
