About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, technically minded, and creative Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities across digital, social, and traditional channels in the IT Managed Services space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys creating content, and wants to help build brand awareness, grow pipeline, and support services positioning in a competitive tech market.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events tailored to IT managed services offerings
Liaise with external digital agencies to ensure campaigns, creative assets, and website initiatives are aligned with brand and service messaging
Create and manage engaging content across channels, including website pages, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, case studies, whitepapers, and video content
Support video editing and other multimedia content production for marketing campaigns and social media
Ensure website content is optimised for SEO, improving organic search performance and user experience
Maintain marketing databases, image libraries, brand and technical assets; ensure accurate version control for service collateral
Assist with copywriting and design briefs for both digital and print collateral, ensuring technical accuracy and clear messaging for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Track, report, and analyse marketing performance metrics (campaign ROI, lead generation, digital engagement) and suggest optimisations
Skills & Experience
3 years of experience in marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convert technical jargon into clear, customer-friendly messaging
Hands-on experience with content creation, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and ideally video editing
Understanding of SEO best practices and website content optimisation
Experience liaising with digital agencies, creative teams, or vendors
Familiarity with tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple assets, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs
Comfortable learning technical concepts; able to liaise with technical teams, service engineers, or suppliers to gather accurate content
