Psychology Outcomes

Purpose of the Role
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will oversee the marketing and sales operations of Psychology Outcomes, ensuring the seamless delivery of our innovative Care Package model. The Care Package model is the first of its kind new model of mental healthcare to get better results for adults experiencing poor mental health. The right candidate will play a role in letting adults and GP referrers in Geelong know about a new model of mental healthcare. This role is pivotal to scaling our clinic’s success through awareness and sales, driving growth, and ensuring optimal mental health outcomes for clients.
About Psychology Outcomes
At Psychology Outcomes, we believe every individual deserves access to the highest standard of mental health care. We are data-driven and evaluate the progress of every client at every session and due to this are ranked in the top 25% of clinics worldwide using the MyOutcomes platform. We have published our treatment results and we exceed all international benchmarks for helping people overcome mental health challenges. We currently help 7 out of every 10 people that walk through our door recover from mental health issues and now, we’re on a mission to implement a new model of mental healthcare that will help 9 out of every 10 people (a world first). We are moving from a service delivery model to a product model. Rather than selling therapy appointments we are selling a product called the “Care Package”. The Care Package combines access to fortnightly individual therapy sessions with free access to mindfulness classes (Tame Your Thoughts), sleep coaching (Enhance Your Rest), and yoga (Get Moving Again). Psychology Outcomes identifies every person at-risk of a poor mental health outcome and provides more value to change mental health outcomes in real time. Our preliminary results indicate it is more effective than one-to-one therapy alone.
To achieve this world first mental healthcare model we need to ensure a viable business model. We are looking for Marketing and Sales Coordinator to help us lead this transformation. If Psychology Outcomes can prove that there is a better way to deliver mental healthcare that gets better results and makes business sense we believe many services will listen and adopt a similar approach which can create significant impact at scale.
The Role
We are seeking a creative and organised marketing and sales coordinator to take ownership of our digital presence, referral growth and sales conversions.
