About Us:

ALLEGRIA will be the leading fresh pasta brand in the country. Born from the longstanding passion for Italian fresh pasta, the inspiration originated in Bologna—a world of craftsmanship where centuries of artisan fresh pasta-making traditions have been honed.

We take pride in delivering memorable food experiences. As we expand our presence nationally, we are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of the brand and business.

We are looking for a marketing executive with at least 3 years’ experience, great communication and organisational skills as well as a passion for creative excellence. This is an opportunity to work with a highly experienced marketing team who will support the development of this role.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Marketing Exec with a passion for hospitality/retail and an eye for creativity. This role will be based out of Melbourne working with our mangement team.

The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives, growing the brand presence, engaging with various target audiences, and driving sales. We require a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a background in marketing, a passion for food, and the ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the marketing calendar, the implementation of tactical campaigns, social media management as well as assisting the management team with executing project work related to new openings, pop-ups, PR initiatives, content creation, digital campaigns and more.

We are keen to work with an adventurous person who can take our relatively young brand to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Execute and track marketing campaigns and promotions. This includes the scheduling, development and execution of all social and digital communications.

Assist Management Team in executing project-related tasks including new venue openings, pop-ups, campaigns, and other initiatives.

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns in line with brand positioning and messaging.

Coordination of events, product launches and photoshoots that deliver engaging content.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing on-brand copy & collateral.

Social Media Management:

Manage and grow our social media channels, creating and scheduling content to increase brand awareness and engagement in-line with the brand strategy.

Monitor social media trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation & growth.

Digital Marketing:

Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing.

Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation.

Copywriting:

Draft engaging content for marketing collateral, websites and eDMs to effectively communicate brand messaging to relevant audiences.

Event Coordination:

Plan and execute marketing events, tastings, and promotions to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with customers.

Collaborate with local partners for joint marketing initiatives.

Production Support:

Assist Snr Marketing Manager in executing production requirements, managing timelines and supplier relationships. This includes printed brand collateral, signage, marketing touchpoints and more.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Communicate marketing initiatives and updates internally and externally.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and digital marketing.

Experience with creating social strategies, content, scheduling & reporting, using Meta Business Manager and other relevant scheduling platforms.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or equivalent.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Creativity and a passion for food and culinary experiences.

Benefits:
