The Role:

• Assist in the back end management of property campaigns
• Process and manage property sales files from listing through to settlement
• Compliance checks for all properties prior to going live
• Arranging marketing material (sign boards, brochures etc)
• Pre and post settlement gifts
• Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors and local councils
• Assist agents in their daily management of properties
• Liaising with suppliers
• Administration tasks

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in Real Estate
• Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver's license
• Immaculately presented and well groomed
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
