The Role:
Monday to Saturday with a full day off during the week, this is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Director with over a decade of experience. As the "go-to" person, this role will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organizational skills to ensure all transactions are seamless. Your duties will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Calendar management
- Coordinating photoshoots, styling, signage, and related tasks.
- Client Services
- Assist with video shoots and social media
- Preparing Auction packs & open home packs
- Supporting campaign management
- Facilitating communication between vendors and buyers.
The Requirements:
Previous industry experience is essential to be considered as well as a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License. The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong sense of initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good eye for detail
- Immaculate personal presentation
