Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join their team on a flexible part-time basis. About the position:

You will be managing files autonomously from start to finish, including sales, purchases, transfers, and off-the-plan transactions. With a strong administrative and legal support team behind you, you'll be empowered to focus on providing excellent client service and efficient matter progression.

The firm’s client base consists primarily of local individuals, families, and investors, with a high volume of repeat and referral work – a testament to their reputation in the region.

Key Requirements:

• Licensed Conveyancer (NSW) with current registration
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing residential conveyancing files
• Ability to manage matters independently from start to finish
• Strong attention to detail and excellent client communication skills
• Experience with LEAP / PEXA or similar practice management software preferred
