The Opportunity
This opportunity is designed for an Account Broker who is ready to take the next step in a professional insurance career. The role offers a clear career pathway from Account Broker to Account Executive and ultimately Account Manager.
Working closely with Senior Account Managers and Account Executives, the successful candidate will support client portfolios across renewals, endorsements, claims, and compliance. The position is intended to build the technical, client service and advisory skills required for long-term success in the insurance industry. It is a career role, not a transactional one.
What You’ll Do
• Support Account Executives and Senior Account Managers with client servicing, renewals and new business preparation
• Prepare quotations, documentation and client correspondence with precision and care
• Assist with claims processes to ensure clients receive timely and high-quality support
• Maintain accuracy and compliance across client records and internal systems
• Collaborate within a professional, supportive team that values growth, accountability and quality outcomes
What You Bring
• One to two years of experience in insurance or financial services, with broking experience highly regarded
• Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification (Tier 1 desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• A professional, proactive mindset and pride in delivering accurate, thorough work
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in advisory-led broking
