Market Analysis: Research and analyze insurance markets to identify optimal coverage options and negotiate terms with underwriters.

Policy Placement: Place insurance policies with reputable carriers, ensuring comprehensive coverage at competitive rates.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.

Risk Management: Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies and provide ongoing support to address evolving business needs.

Policy Renewals: Manage policy renewals, conduct reviews, and proactively recommend adjustments to ensure continued alignment with clients' objectives.

Qualifications:

Possess a Tier 1 Qualification in Insurance

Have experience working within Commercial Insurance.

Solid understanding of commercial insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts to clients.

Proven ability to negotiate effectively with underwriters to secure favorable terms for clients.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a team-oriented environment.
