The Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Account Executive to support the Director and Senior Broker.
This is a behind-the-scenes role where you’ll make a real impact — keeping things running smoothly, supporting client relationships, and making sure everything’s ready before renewals go out the door. You’ll have regular client contact (mainly over phone and email), assist with quoting and documentation, and help maintain that personal touch our clients love.
This business will work with you to build a clear career development plan, set achievable goals, and support your growth — whether that’s taking on more renewal responsibility or gaining your broking qualifications (fully paid for.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support to the Director and Broker
- Prepare pre-renewal information and documentation
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Manage admin and back-end broking tasks
- Help resolve client queries quickly and effectively
- Contribute to a friendly, collaborative team environment
Insurance experience is essential — but if you come from underwriting, telehealth, or insurance admin/sales, we’d love to hear from you too.
