Your Tasks & responsibilities
You will work in collaboration with the Head of Agriculture and build long-term client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met, across, Commercial and Corporate clients.
You can develop and maintain strong ties with clients and underwriters.
You'll assist in complex claims and settlements.
You can proactively manage accounts and implement retention strategies.
You can pursue new business opportunities.
An opportunity to lead business planning, budgeting, and goal achievement.
A chance to mentor Account Executives on renewal and broking strategies.
You'll manage debtors and ensure compliance with FSRA and regulations.
Ideal Qualifications & experience
Experience in either, SME/Commercial, or Corporate portfolios.
Tier 1 accreditation, essential.
Diploma Financial Services or equivalent tertiary qualifications desirable.
