About You
We're looking for a motivated hospitality leader who is ready to step up or continue growing in management. You'll bring:

Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within pubs, hotels, or large hospitality venues

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Sound knowledge of pub operations across bar, floor, gaming, and compliance

A hands-on approach, with the ability to problem-solve and maintain high standards under pressure

Strong organisational and communication skills
