In this role, you’ll take ownership of marketing and event delivery across a portfolio of luxury lifestyle communities. You’ll work end-to-end — from concept and campaign creation through to post-event storytelling — combining strategy with creativity to elevate the brand experience for residents and prospective buyers alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns that attract and engage premium audiences across web, social, and CRM platforms.
- Creating compelling content — from beautifully designed eDMs and social posts to storytelling pieces that highlight community, craftsmanship, and connection.
- Leading the coordination of high-end lifestyle events, including launch experiences, open-day activations, and intimate resident gatherings that bring the brand to life.
- Collaborating with photographers, stylists, and creative partners to deliver seamless brand moments both online and in person.
- Using insights from CRM and campaign analytics to refine audience targeting, drive engagement, and measure success.
- Working closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure every touchpoint feels consistent, elevated, and customer-centred.
About You You’re a hands-on marketer who blends creativity with commercial awareness. You love crafting campaigns that make people feel something — whether through digital storytelling or in-person experiences. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balance multiple projects effortlessly, and take pride in attention to detail.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in marketing, digital, or events (property, lifestyle, or luxury sectors advantageous).
- Strong technical capability across CRM platforms, digital advertising, and social media management tools.
- Proven ability to manage events end-to-end — from briefing suppliers and managing logistics to curating content for post-event campaigns.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with an eye for design and storytelling.
- A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in creating exceptional customer experiences.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
