Shape meaningful experiences that bring communities to life.
Join a well-established and growing organisation in the Property development and community living sector, where connection, care, and community are at the heart of everything they do. As the Marketing and Events Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging events and digital campaigns that connect residents, attract new audiences, and strengthen the brand’s presence across Queensland.
Working within a supportive and collaborative marketing team, you’ll have the opportunity to plan and deliver community events, drive digital engagement, and create memorable experiences that reflect the organisation’s resident-first values.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality events including village launches, open days, deposit-holder gatherings, and resident engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to plan and execute digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, leads, and event attendance.
- Create engaging marketing materials and event communications across social media, eDMs, and digital platforms.
- Build relationships with residents, local communities, and event partners to ensure seamless delivery and authentic engagement.
- Provide post-event reporting and insights to continuously improve marketing and event performance.
- Manage updates to the organisation’s websites, event listings, and social media channels to support ongoing brand growth.
- Travel to village locations across Queensland to support onsite event delivery.
About You You’re an organised, hands-on marketer who loves seeing your ideas come to life through events and community engagement. You thrive in a collaborative environment, bring fresh ideas to the table, and take pride in creating experiences that truly connect with people.
You’ll also bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing, events, or communications (property, lifestyle, or retirement sector experience is highly regarded).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events.
- Experience with email marketing (ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or similar) and social media platforms.
- Solid writing skills and an eye for detail across both digital and print content.
- A genuine passion for connecting communities and enhancing customer experiences.
Why You’ll Love It
- Join a close-knit team that values creativity, collaboration, and initiative.
- See the tangible impact of your work through events that make a difference in people’s lives.
- Be part of a growing organisation that offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to contribute to something meaningful.
