UBS is expanding and seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Supervisor to help lead our growing pipeline of work throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

About the Role:
You’ll manage the day-to-day delivery of diverse construction projects; overseeing program, cost, quality, and safety. From custom homes to large-scale commercial builds, you’ll ensure every detail is executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project delivery from contract to handover

Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams

Ensure quality assurance and compliance standards are met

Prepare schedules, monitor budgets, and report progress

Lead with integrity and maintain a strong site culture

You’ll Bring:

5+ years experience in project management or site supervision

Proven ability to manage multiple builds and teams

Strong technical understanding of residential/commercial construction

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Current Australian Driver’s licence and White Card
