Your Role:
As a Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of several Poolwerx stores. Leading your teams to deliver exceptional service, drive sales performance, and maintain high operational standards. You’ll also play a key part in promoting Poolwerx’s full range of offerings, including servicing, repairs, and mobile operations, ensuring customers receive a complete pool care solution every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of 2–3 retail locations in the Geelong region
• Lead, coach, and develop retail teams to deliver best in class customer service
• Drive sales performance and encourage upselling as part of our Poolwerx culture
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards
• Analyse sales data to make informed, results-driven decisions
• Promote Poolwerx’s additional services including repairs, maintenance, and mobile vans
• Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and brand expectations

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in multi-site retail management
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• A customer first approach with the ability to create memorable in store experiences
• Commercial acumen and confidence in managing KPIs and budgets
• Experience in inventory control and operational systems
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to travel between store locations when required
