Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help drive new business opportunities and expand our client base.

About the Role

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities Nationally across our range of security services.
You’ll work closely with senior management and operational teams to deliver tailored security solutions and build strong, long-term client relationships.

You will be responsible for:

Developing and executing sales and growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identifying new business opportunities within the security management sectors.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, and quotes.

Representing Baaz Security Services at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Reporting on sales performance and market trends.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

3+ years’ experience in business development or sales (preferably within the security industry).

A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Excellent client relationship management abilities.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Sound knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

A current driver’s licence.

What We Offer

Attractive base salary: $95,000 – $110,000 + Superannuation.

Tools of trade: Laptop, mobile phone, office cabin, and fuel allowance.

Probation period: 3 months, with a view to permanent placement upon successful completion.
