Care Circle (CC) is a registered NDIS support provider offering high-quality Supported Accommodations (SDA, SIL, MTA, Respite, ILO), in Home Supports and Community Participation services. Our focus is on empowering participants to live fulfilling lives through person-centred support, inclusive care, and a culturally safe approach. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Business Manager to join our team and support participants through their onboarding journey — from referral to service commencement.

About the Role

This is not your typical desk job! As our Business Manager, you will play a central role in welcoming participants into CC’s services. You’ll manage incoming referrals, facilitate intake meetings, and help match participants with the right supports. This is a highly rewarding and people-focused role that blends compliance, service coordination, and creative engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a proactive business development plan to attract and onboard new clients and referral partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, mental health units, GPs, allied health professionals, support coordinators, and NDIS stakeholders.

Lead the end-to-end intake and onboarding process for new participants, including assessments, documentation, risk management, and service agreements.

Monitor service agreements, plans, and ongoing participant satisfaction to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Liaise with participants, families, and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition into CC services.

Develop and deliver promotional strategies in collaboration with the Executive Team, including social media and marketing activities.

Oversee the end-to-end process including documentation review, SDA funding verification, compatibility matching, risk assessment, and participant handover.

Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and internal policies.

Work closely with internal teams and contribute to a positive, productive, and supportive team culture.

Source and secure suitable properties for NDIS participants through partnerships with SDA providers, developers, and real estate agents.

Lead property acquisition and readiness for use across SIL, MTA, STA, Respite, and future SDA-managed properties.

Build and maintain a strong supply pipeline aligned with participant demand and business growth.

Sharing your SDA knowledge and experience to support and mentor our property management team.

Working with SIL providers and participants to secure new tenants for our homes nationwide.

Driving participant engagement strategies to ensure our high occupancy rates remain industry leading.

Any other duties that may be required

What We’re Looking For

Proven ability in business development, networking, or stakeholder engagement.

Experience in participant intake, onboarding, or service coordination within disability services.

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role within the NDIS accommodation sector, with a proven track record in developing and managing supported housing portfolios.

Proven success in sourcing, acquiring, and managing disability housing portfolios

Strong, established network of property sources (e.g. SDA providers, developers, real estate agents) relevant to disability accommodation and group homes.

Demonstrated success in sourcing, acquiring, and setting up NDIS-funded accommodation, including SIL, STA, MTA, respite, and SDA properties.

In-depth knowledge of NDIS housing models, SDA design categories, tenancy and property compliance, and NDIS Practice Standards.

Exceptional relationship-building skills across clinical, referral, housing, and support service stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, and confidence in negotiations.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

You will have (or willing to obtain):

First Aid and CPR certificates

A current Australian Drivers licence

Immunisation Proof
