About the RoleAs Team Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Emergency Youth Accommodation (EYA) program, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering strong partnerships across the sector. You’ll also play a key role in implementing our Advantaged Thinking approach and participate in the on-call roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a dedicated team
- Manage intake and prioritise referrals
- Ensure compliance with funding guidelines
- Drive service improvements and innovation
- Build collaborative relationships with external partners
- Monitor budgets and facility operations
About YouYou’re a compassionate leader with:
- A degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience working with young people in community services
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Deep understanding of homelessness and youth development
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Essential Requirements:
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Valid Working with Children Check (Employment category)
- Successful completion of pre-employment checks
