About the RoleAs Team Leader, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Emergency Youth Accommodation (EYA) program, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering strong partnerships across the sector. You’ll also play a key role in implementing our Advantaged Thinking approach and participate in the on-call roster.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a dedicated team
• Manage intake and prioritise referrals
• Ensure compliance with funding guidelines
• Drive service improvements and innovation
• Build collaborative relationships with external partners
• Monitor budgets and facility operations

About YouYou’re a compassionate leader with:

• A degree in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Proven experience working with young people in community services
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Deep understanding of homelessness and youth development
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Essential Requirements:

• Current Driver’s Licence
• Valid Working with Children Check (Employment category)
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks
