Are you looking for an opportunity to progress your HR career to the next stage and work for a complex organisation?

This is an exciting opportunity to join North Regional TAFE in a rewarding role located in the beautiful Northwest of Australia which is home to the world’s oldest continuing cultures.

We are seeking an experienced human resources practitioner to join our small HR team as the Senior HR Business Partner to provide advice and support to a portfolio of clients on a diverse range of operational human resource management matters.

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you play a critical role in delivering a proactive business partnering service on a range of human resources functions whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and government policy. You will support the Manager Human Resources in supporting managers on routine industrial relation queries.

The position will be based at the Broome campus; however regular travel to other North Regional TAFE campuses across the Kimberley and Pilbara regions is required.
