We are looking to fill two key positions – HR Consultant and Senior HR Consultant – to join their growing team. Both roles share a strong focus on delivering high-quality consulting and project outcomes, with the level of leadership and strategic responsibility varying by experience.

These roles will suit professionals passionate about HR transformation, technology, and advisory services who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to design and deliver strategic HR and technology initiatives.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Contribute to solution design workshops, implementation planning, and change management.
• Oversee project governance, financials, risks, and resource allocation.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data and best practices.
• Mentor and support team members to build delivery capability (Senior level).
• Lead and shape innovative HR technology solutions aligned with business goals (Senior level).

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in HR technology consulting, HR transformation, or advisory.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with composure and accountability.
• For Senior Consultants – demonstrated leadership in managing projects, mentoring teams, and influencing strategic outcomes.
