A leading Energy organisation is looking to bring on their next HR Business Partner to lead a large blue collar portfolio across their WA business.

This role will provide advice to a broad range of stakeholders and drive employee engagement, higher performance and cultural initiatives.

Reporting through to the HR Lead, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Execute HR policies and plans across the business
• Partner with business leaders to provide support and guidance across various HR matters
• Support change initiatives
• Recognise issues and trend in HR and communicate with HR team for improvements and growth
• Act as a support to Managers through providing advice on performance-based matters coupled with the assistance of training in an effort to upskill the workforce and ensure the right people are in the right roles
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects

About You:

• Qualification in HR or similar
• Sound experience as a Senior Advisor or Business Partner
• Heavy industry experience is preferred but not essential
• Experience working in a business partner model
• Strong relationship building skills
