About the Role
As an Internal Sales Engineer, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers — helping them find the right technical solutions for their applications.
You’ll respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, and liaise with our engineering and production teams to ensure projects and orders are manufactured and delivered smoothly.
This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and customer interaction in equal measure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customers with technical advice, pricing, and delivery information
Work with unique customer applications to provide the best product solution for their requirements
Liaise with engineering teams to adapt solutions for customer needs
Support new product development, launch, research and development
Provide post-sales technical support including troubleshooting and application requirement reviews
Maintain, review and update technical documentation
Support and inform product marketing and research
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications or practical experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering/Technology (degree highly regarded but not essential)
Strong interest and experience in instrumentation, process control, or industrial technology
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail
Enjoy working in a small, focused team
Pride in representing quality Australian manufactured products in the global market
Previous experience in technical sales, support, or manufacturing environments will be highly regarded
