My client is a national specialist in temporary cooling and power hire solutions, supporting a wide range of industries from commercial and construction through to healthcare and events. Due to growth across New South Wales, they’re now looking to bring on an experienced Sales Engineer to join their high-performing team.

About the Role:

As the Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue and market share through both 'solutions selling' and account management. You’ll work closely with clients to provide tailored solutions involving chillers, package units, cooling towers, and generator hire.

Your role will include:

Managing and growing existing client relationships across NSW

Proactively identifying new business opportunities and projects

Attending sites, assessing requirements, and preparing detailed quotations

Collaborating with internal teams on project delivery and customer satisfaction

Preparing and presenting sales proposals, tenders, and technical solutions

Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reports

What We’re Looking For:

Proven background in HVAC, mechanical services, or generator hire sales

Strong technical understanding – able to read drawings and size equipment appropriately

Confident communicator with solid presentation and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, organised, and driven to exceed targets

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally when required
