About the Role
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our friendly Dubbo team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — handling inbound enquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.

This is a fast-paced, team-focused role where you’ll have the chance to build great relationships and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Prepare and follow up on sales quotes and orders

Provide product advice and support to customers

Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Metroll’s reputation for quality and reliability

About You:

Previous experience in customer service or internal sales (essential)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Strong communication skills and a proactive work ethic

Competent computer skills (experience with ERP systems desirable)

Team player with the ability to also work independently

Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn
