Internal Sales and Operations Coordinator position working for Australias largest and leading Construction and Infrastructure equipment Hire companies.

Role is suitable for anyone with experience in the Hire Industry, Civil, Construction or has a genuine interest and positive attitude wanting to develop within the major Tier 1 civil and construction hire industry.

The Role

Based out of the companies Newcastle branch, you will become a key member of the Sales, Operations and Hire Controller team. You will work closely with your peers to oversee the daily operation of the branch, as well as assist the external sales teams with clients and sales queries.

Some of your duties will include the following

Respond to email and phone enquiries

Update the daily run sheets

Provide relevant information to clients on stock levels

Hire Control

Inventory management

Updated the data base

Assist management in day to day duties

Assist external sales team

Weekly reports

About You

Experience within a Sales, Operations or Hire Controller role is regarded

Experience within the Construction, Infrastructure, Civil or Hire industry is regarded but not required
