Sunnybank Star Hotel Apartments is part of a diversified business group involved in property development, real estate investment, land acquisition, sales, and leasing across Queensland. Following a major renovation and brand upgrade, we are seeking a full-time Marketing Executive to help strengthen our group’s market presence, expand client networks, and support ongoing growth across both hospitality and property sectors.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the hotel and group brands across multiple platforms.

· Manage digital and social media marketing, including website updates, online ads, and community engagement.

· Assist in brand development, advertising materials, and promotional content creation.

· Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses, agencies, and community organizations.

· Coordinate marketing events, communications, and brand activities across different projects.

· Monitor campaign performance and provide reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements

· Formal education or qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (certificate, diploma, or higher).

· Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, property, or service industries.

· Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

· Strong communication, creativity, and organization skills.

· Proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Suite; basic design or video editing skills are a plus.

· Must have full working rights in Australia.
