This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation at the forefront of promoting Brisbane as a destination to live, work, visit and invest. You’ll play a key role in delivering creative, insight-led consumer marketing activity that drives awareness, engagement and visitation for our city.

The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Executive – Consumer, you’ll support the planning and delivery of year-round marketing campaigns and digital initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll coordinate campaign logistics, manage content across digital channels, and collaborate with internal teams, agencies and partners to deliver effective and engaging marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, including timelines, asset delivery, approvals and reporting;
• Support content planning and publishing across digital channels (social, website, email) to ensure consistency with brand and campaign messaging;
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future activity; and
• Build and manage relationships with external agencies, partners and suppliers to support campaign delivery.

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
• Around 3 years’ experience in consumer marketing, ideally across destination, brand, events or campaign-led environments;
• Strong understanding of digital and content marketing, including social media, email and web;
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills;
• Strong copywriting and attention to detail; and
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
